Shipping policy
Fast Delivery from Norwegian Warehouse
Order before 11:00 AM (weekdays) and your package will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped the next business day.
All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Norway — no customs, duties, or hidden fees.
We ship all packages securely with Posten / Bring, including full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Products by Nordvik ENK is a registered Norwegian company, and your order is shipped from Norway.
This means you will not pay any customs duties or import fees when shopping with us.
Important Clarification
If you choose “Mailbox Delivery” (Pakke i postkassen), the shipment is considered delivered once Posten registers it as delivered to your mailbox.
If you prefer a safer and more secure delivery method, we recommend choosing:
- Pickup Point delivery, or
- Another paid shipping option with signature upon delivery.
EU Orders (OSS VAT Scheme)
We are registered under the VAT e-Commerce One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
This means that for shipments to the EU with a value up to €150, no additional VAT will be charged at the border.
