Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal.

In accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act, the consumer may cancel the purchase without providing any reason within 14 days after receiving the item, provided that the information required under Chapter 3 of the Act has been properly given.

Items must be returned no later than 30 days after the delivery date.


Please note the following:

  • We do not accept returns of blister box / mystery box / blind box products if the sealed bag or box has been opened, as this significantly reduces the product’s value.
  • If you wish to exchange an item or receive a refund, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • In the case of partial returns from orders that originally qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost if the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold.

Returns for Incorrect Items and Complaints

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must first contact us by email and receive confirmation before sending the item back.

Inspection upon delivery

When you receive your order, it is important to check the items for any damage or defects.

For blister box products (where the figure is visible through a window in the packaging):

  • We generally do not accept exchanges for issues that could have been discovered upon delivery.

Warranty (Complaints)

You have a 2-year right to file a complaint in accordance with Norwegian law.

To process your case, please include the following documentation:

  • Photos of the product from multiple angles
  • Photos of the packaging, including:
    • The hologram with QR code and serial number
    • The barcode on the box
    • The QR code on the Labubu tag
    • The bag the product was delivered in

Important notice regarding product variations

Minor production variations are not considered defects unless they significantly affect the product’s functionality or collectible value.

Such variations are common, and neither we nor POP MART guarantee 100% identical finish across all figures.


Assessment process

Once we have received your documentation, we will conduct a thorough evaluation and inform you whether the case qualifies for a return or complaint.

Important:

  • Do not send packages with cash on delivery (COD), as they will not be collected.
  • Send the item via standard mail or tracked parcel (e.g., Norgespakke).

Include a note inside the package with:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Description of the issue

This is necessary for us to process your case correctly.


Refunds

If we are unable to provide a replacement item, you will receive a refund equal to the amount paid for the product.

If the complaint is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer.
