Consumer purchases online are primarily regulated by the Norwegian Contracts Act, the Consumer Purchases Act, the Marketing Control Act, the Right of Withdrawal Act, and the E-commerce Act. The terms of this agreement shall not be interpreted as any limitation of the statutory rights, but rather outline the parties’ main rights and obligations in the transaction.
